In this week’s episode, I’m going to be reflecting on the past year of my small business. Every December, I take a look at what I want to accomplish and where I want my business to grow. I look at what goals I hit and where I fell short. I make sure to celebrate my wins but analyze the goals I may not have hit and figure out if I could have done some different or maybe it’s no longer a goal that I want to hit.
