Insightful, funny and comforting

This series is wholly enjoyable throughout. Very interesting as well as funny and with a lovely hint of sarcasm. As someone who is really struggling with my mental health this has been a really useful tool in gaining an understanding on how our minds work and some very thought provoking theories which really clear up the sometimes foggy view on why we behave as we do as humans!
Thank you for these, they’ve been just what I’ve needed and I will continue to listen to them and take comfort from them.
