Genuine and helpful

I don't usually review stuff, but I felt I had to after reading the awful review that says she's unqualified and the advice isn't safe. She's got a lot of personal experience and is very genuine, not a grifter constantly advertising her courses or coaching business like a lot of podcasts about mental health. I really recommend this episode at least (haven't listened to the rest yet) To me she seems like the real deal with loads of helpful advice delivered in a listenable format.
