Tra queste, sicuramente c'è il fatto che il rapporto tra avvocato ed assistito è un rapporto fiduciario: è basato sulla reciproca fiducia.
Ho colto l'occasione di una discussione avuta con Marta, che mi ha revocato l'incarico, per una riflessione e qualche consiglio utile per chi vede il rapporto con il proprio avvocato non ottimale.
