Mayor Brandon Johnson has been thwarted by residents, as he made several attempts to increase property taxes to fill Chicago’s funding shortfall of up to $1 Billion Dollars. Funding for Chicago’s schools and public safety hang in the balance.I will query Florian Sohnke regarding these and other issues taking the wind out of the sails of the Windy City.
