  • Missing Niamh - Episode 1
    Jun 18 2025

With Casefile on a short break, we thought this would be a great time to shine a light on some of the shows that may have flown under the radar for many of you. These are shows we've put our hearts into and are really proud of.

First up is Missing Niamh—a story that’s very close to me personally. I spent years researching the case and working directly with Niamh’s family to shape the series, which I also narrated. If you’d like to hear the rest of Missing Niamh, just search for it wherever you get your podcasts. It’s a Casefile Presents production—created by the same team behind Casefile, with the same high standards you expect from us.

I hope you enjoy the series.

  • Case 320: Veronica Abouchuk & Kathleen Henry
    May 24 2025

In late September 2019, a woman reported that she had discovered evidence of a brutal crime. A discarded memory card she’d found on a street in Downtown Anchorage, Alaska had video and image files depicting the torture and murder of an Alaska Native woman. The investigation that followed revealed the stories of three women – Kathleen Henry, Veronica Abouchuk and Cassandra Boskofsky – who had all fallen victim to a serial killer…

If you love true crime definitely check this out. Some of the the crimes committed rightly come with a warning. Not for the easily upset or for children etc. The narrative is pleasant and easy to listen to, it's my therapy for when I can't sleep. Some fantastic multi episodes such as the golden state killer and the zodiac killer are truly compulsive listening!

One of the best true crime podcasts out there

Every story is compelling, narrated beautifully and serves as a tribute to the victims rather than glorifying the killers.

The most thoroughly researched true crime podcasts that I have listened to and I have listened and watched an obscene amount. The narrator is easy to listen to. These are stories of real people and obviously the effects of all the cases ripple through families and communities, people should be remembered and their stories told, it's the least anyone can do. The podcasts are always told in an empathic way and many are cases I haven't heard before which is good.

True Crime coverage at its best.

I love the mix of different kinds of stories. The balanced view and well thought chronology really makes it like a story unfolding. He never loses sight of the victims throughout the story. Best true crime podcaster, particularly the newer episodes.
