Syracuse Orange Football quarterback is appealing to the NCAA for an extra year of eligibility, according to Syracuse.com's Chris Carlson. The case reportedly stems around McCord's time at Ohio State in which his redshirt year was burned late in the 2021 season. Is there precedent for McCord?
