• The Dynamics of Suppressing Painful Experiences
    Dec 23 2024

The discussion explores the body's natural protective mechanisms, which play a crucial role in helping individuals suppress painful experiences, both mentally and physically. These mechanisms are complex, involving alterations in the subtle energy and physical anatomy of the body that ultimately block the flow of physical and emotional pain while also shielding a person from them.

In addition to explaining how these protective processes work, the discussion highlights two essential shifts that are necessary for releasing and transforming suppressed memories. These shifts are key to the total liberation and resolution of suppressed emotional or physical trauma, as well as the experience of growth and wisdom from the past.

  • Conducting the light of human experiences
    Dec 16 2024

Human experiences begin in the human energy field, or light body, and are then transmitted into the body via subtle energy portals called chakras. Once in the body, the information coded in light is distributed throughout the body via the collagen network, also known as the fascial system. This network of collagen fibers plays a crucial role in conducting the subtle energy of human experience and converting into an energy that the body can understand and process.

Acting as a vast communication system, the subtle energy and collagen networks ensure that our human experiences are transmitted to every cell of our body. Obstacles or barriers to the body's subtle energy pathways and collagen structure occur when painful experiences are suppressed. Transforming body memory involves liberating those obstacles.

  • Invisible Anatomy
    Dec 9 2024

Episode 7 explores the concept of the body's "Subtle Energy" anatomy, a largely invisible yet profoundly influential system that plays a vital role in transmitting the energy of human experiences and the broader universe. This intricate system of fields, portals and pathways are responsible for channeling and processing the energy of human experience that emerges as light from the human energy field. Jonathan describes how suppressed body memory involves a breakdown in the transmission of light from the human energy field into the body.

Jonathan describes the ways in which the blocked communication between our energetic anatomy and physical body that results from body memory can ultimately impact our overall well-being and our relationship to the world around us.

  • The Body's Communication Medium
    Dec 2 2024

This episode reveals the fascinating interconnectedness of the body's physical anatomy through a network known as the connective tissue or fascial system. This intricate web of collagen-rich tissue weaves throughout the entire body, creating a complex matrix that supports and interconnects bones, muscles, nerves, organs and cells.

Collagen is identified as the key component of connective tissue that acts as a super conductor and translator of bioenergy. By facilitating the transmission and distribution of energy, collagen plays a crucial role in the communication and suppression of human experience.

  • Unwinding Pain Out of the Body
    Nov 25 2024

This episode highlights the process of relearning how to let go of control over the body and its energy in order to rediscover the self-healing flow state known as "Unwinding." The discussion includes practical guidance for applying the comprehensive Unwinding protocol that was shared in episode 4 for opening the four primary pathways of bioenergy: movement, breath, sound, and emotion.

By opening these four bioenergetic pathways, individuals can promote self-healing and restore balance within their body.

  • The Key to Unwinding
    Nov 18 2024

Discover Unwinding - the body's best kept secret to heal and transform. Unwinding is naturally orchestrated by the body's innate intelligence, once a person releases control of their body and energy. Unwinding is a self-healing flow-state that often involves the release of deeply held emotional and physical tensions stored in your body from experiences.

In episode 4, Jonathan offers you a series of intentional and restorative techniques, that will enable you to unlock your body’s natural capacity to Unwind.

The first step in the Unwinding process involves melting tension. By bringing awareness to areas of tension or discomfort, a person can consciously allow that tension to relax and discomfort to flow through them. Conscious relaxation is the initial step towards releasing body memory.

Step 2 involves spontaneous movement which plays a crucial role in Unwinding.

Spontaneous movement occurs when one allows their body to move naturally and freely, without preconceived patterns or restrictions. These free-form movements just happen when the body is relaxed and uncontrolled and ultimately help to facilitate the flow of bioenergy that leads to the release of body memory.

Intentional breathing is step 3 and a crucial element in the Unwinding process. By relaxing the diaphragm and taking deeper inhalations and exhalations, a person can enhance the flow of bioenergy and Unwinding.

The final component of Unwinding involves vocal expression. This step involves giving a voice to sensations of pain or pleasure during Unwinding movements. Sound is a primary pathway for release of bioenergy and facilitates a deeper connection to one’s inner experiences.

Through the practice of melting tension, spontaneous movement, intentional breathing, and vocalization, a person can access their innate ability to enter a natural, transformative process for self-healing.

  • Completing Suppressed Experiences
    Nov 11 2024

Consider the example of small children, who instinctively embody the flow-state referred to as "Unwinding," a state foreign to adults yet needed to be rediscovered on their journey toward healing from suppressed memories.

In episode 3, Jonathan describes Unwinding as a seamless integration of mind and body, where actions and emotions flow freely without the constraints of self-consciousness or internal resistance. Similar to way the younger version of ourselves moved through life. this self-healing flow-state called Unwinding allows us to process suppressed experiences out of the body and move through current experiences more effortlessly.

In episode 4 Unwinding is described as the body's primary means of liberating repressed memories and restoring harmony between mind, body, and spirit.

  • The Bioenergy of Suppressed Memory
    Oct 18 2024

Discover the exciting findings in biophysics that show how our experiences and emotions are closely linked to our bodies. These insights suggest that our feelings are not just abstract ideas; they have real energy that impacts our health and well-being.

Jonathan explains how releasing this bioenergy, which is tied to our body memories, can lead to various physical reactions. These might include sudden emotional outbursts, shaking, changes in body temperature, and shifts in overall energy levels. He points out that these responses are normal and part of the process of self-healing and rebalancing. Ultimately, Jonathan stresses the importance of releasing body memories to improve both physical and emotional health.
