Speculation became reality on Monday night when Georgia announced that starting quarterback Carson Beck will miss the College Football Playoff after undergoing surgery for a torn ligament in his elbow. That means that backup Gunner Stockton will be the man under center moving forward for coach Kirby Smart's Bulldogs. How much will change against Notre Dame? Speaking of Notre Dame, defensive lineman Rylie Mills will miss the Sugar Bowl as well, which puts a massive hole in the middle of the Fighting Irish defense.
