2 oz ginger beer
2 oz cranberry juice
Champagne, chilled ,to the top
Garnish; sugared cranberries
Aged Eggnog
12 large eggs
1 pound sugar
1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1 pint half-and-half
1 pint whole milk
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup Jamaican rum
1 coup cognac/brandy
1 cup bourbon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon vanilla (or to taste)
Hot Toddy
2 oz boiling water
2 oz whiskey
1 tsp honey
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 slice
lemon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
