Or maybe you are in a relationship with someone with a mental health disorder and find yourself in unchartered territory, or you are the one living with a mental health disorder and unsure if you're the only one going through it?


Join me as I share my experience of living with BPD and Depressive disorder as a Psychology Student in her 20s. The BPD Girlie is all about sharing my lived experience of living with Borderline Personality Disorder. Each episode generally will revolve around a key experience, how I dealt with it, research studies, story times, and social commentary of these in the media.


Sharing weekly on this podcast is also an exercise in vulnerability for me and a hope that when things get worse, the work we put into mental health always does show results. Made in London.
