Tyler also oversees the hotel’s cocktail bar, Caletta, & is a chef-partner at French brasserie Le Cavalier at the historic Hotel Du Pont in Wilmington, DE. His own previous ventures included the acclaimed Stock & Res Ipsa Cafe in Philly.
