We're kicking off the offseason with discussions on the Seahawks coaching changes and the All-Pro snub of Leonard Williams. With Ryan Grubb out as offensive coordinator, we take a look at three potential candidates to step into the role: Thomas Brown, Hank Fraley, and Klint Kubiak who are all reported to be interviewing with the position. How do their past achievements play into and potentially fit with the Seahawks' philosophy? What are some of the risks associated with each candidate? We each offer our top candidate of the three.

Leonard Williams was snubbed from the All-Pro team despite exceeding all of the other candidates statistically in almost every category.
