全国少年柔道大会について、ルーチーンについて、怖さ、勝つこと、子どもたちに寄り添った褒め方、指導などのお話を伺いました。試合では子どもたちより緊張していたり、時には結果に涙してしまったり。そんな芝山先生の「勝たせてあげたい」の言葉が心に沁みます。
