Dan also has been recognized by D-Magazine as one of Dallas’s top Mortgage Brokers, and has been voted best broker for the past 5 years!

Throughout this episode we explore the skill set required to be an entrepreneur, the benefit in failing at something, and why the mindset you approach opportunities with matters more than if you succeed or fail at it!! We also go into what it takes to lead a group of people, the most important thing needed to grow a new business, the value in having a mentor and how to pick one, and the biggest difference between the rich and the poor!!
