Overcome yourself, doubt
I now realize that I read this out of order and won’t be going back to read volume one because this book provided inspiring and practical exercises, which were easy to follow in order to help beginners develop, retreat, music, and gaining confidence in their playing

I always thought learning piano as an adult was impossible, but this audiobook completely changed my mindset. It made everything feel doable, even fun. The step by step guidance felt like having a patient teacher by my side. I’m actually playing melodies I love and more importantly, I enjoy the process. Shockingly Enjoyable for a Complete Newbie
I never imagined I'd sit through a piano lesson audiobook, I don’t even play! But since it was a gift, I gave it a shot. Honestly? Way better than expected. No overwhelming music theory, just simple, practical tips with a laid-back vibe. Didn’t think I’d care, but now I’m actually tempted to try. If you're a total beginner (like me), this makes learning feel way more approachable. A surprisingly great gift

GREAT FOLLOW-UP FOR NEW PIANO PLAYERS
Just finished this and it's a nice step up from the first book. Still super beginner-friendly, but it pushes you just enough to keep things interesting. I liked how it focused on ear training and rhythm without being overwhelming. Some of the exercises were actually kind of fun (didn’t expect that), and the pacing felt encouraging, not rushed. Perfect if you’re teaching yourself and need a bit more structure. Big fan of how it builds confidence without making things feel too serious. Definitely worth continuing with!

Piano Made Easy
Okay, I’m seriously impressed with this audiobook. I used to play piano back in middle school but gave it up, and honestly, I thought I’d forgotten everything. But this guide makes jumping back in feel so easy and fun. The lessons are broken down into simple steps, and the shortcuts for reading music are such a game-changer. And I love that it doesn’t demand hours of practice; just a few minutes here and there.

A Great Next Step for Adult Beginners Learning Pia
I really enjoyed this audiobook because it made learning piano feel manageable and encouraging. As someone still building confidence, I appreciated how clearly each lesson was explained. The author focuses on developing listening skills, which really helped me understand the music better as I practiced. It felt like a natural continuation from the first book, with just the right amount of challenge.

Motivating and Well-Structured for Adult Learners
This audiobook has been so helpful as I continue learning piano later in life. It explains everything clearly, reinforces fundamentals from Book 1, and introduces new skills at a pace that feels achievable. I especially liked the rhythmic guidance and practice tips. Whether you’re teaching yourself or supplementing lessons, this is a solid guide for adult beginners.

Getting Back to Music
I picked this up because I’ve always wanted to learn piano but never got around to it when I was younger. What really helped me stick with it was how each lesson was broken down—especially the part about reading sheet music with shortcuts. I never thought I’d be able to look at a piece of music and actually get it, but now I can follow along without feeling lost. My daughter even sat with me a few times and tried some of the warm-ups, and it’s become a fun little thing we do together. It’s made me feel like it’s not too late to finally enjoy music in a more hands-on way.

It breaks everything into simple, manageable pieces she can practice anytime, fitting perfectly into her schedule. She's already feeling more confident and having fun, without pressure or stress. Great find for anyone who needs an enjoyable, no-stress way to return to piano!
