Yoga for Balance has been devised and narrated by leading yoga teacher and writer Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and a course author for the British School of Yoga. Sue is the co-founder of Yoga 2 Hear. Yoga 2 Hear have been devising and creating audio yoga classes since 2005.

Would you try another book written by Sue Fuller or narrated by Sue Fuller?

I have enjoyed other sue fuller audios for beginners, but as she tries to incorporate more steps it gets very confusing and lack a good description of what position to be in. I couldn't follow it past the first 15 minutes or so. Complete waste
