About this listen
Col lives on the Upper Decks of the juggernaut Worldshaker, a mobile city as big as a mountain. He has been chosen as next Supreme Commander - but then a Filthy escapee from Below - a girl named Riff - appears in his cabin.
"Don't let 'em take me!" she begs. Will he hand her over, or will he break all the rules? Col's safe, elite world is about to fall apart.

"A terrific novel ... hard to put down." ( Herald Sun)
Who was your favorite character and why?
Riff is a very compelling, strong girl who has the vision and drive to change her world. What about Adrian Mulraney’s performance did you like?
Very good narrator, even with female voices.Any additional comments?
I read a terrible review of this book so I was undecided at first, but I enjoyed it a lot. It's your typical story about the finer classes abusing everyone else, but in a new setting. The story of the jaggernauts is very enthralling, but if you're looking for a lot of steampunk you will be dissapointed. Still, the story is very well written, characters are quite likable in spite of Cole who's a terribly undecided little brat, and the background history is quite refreshing.Good book!
