Fascinating!

I tend to lean more towards holistic remedies but had never read much about the vagus nerve until now. This book did not disappoint. I had no idea how crucial this nerve was in regulating so many essential bodily functions! Such great information included!

I am fascinated by this topic and have been trying to educate myself a bit more, particularly as a technique to combat the effects of stress. It takes practice, but the exercises are engaging and useful, and the included pdf makes it easy to follow as there are worksheets involved. It’s a technical topic, but fairly easy to follow, and you are guaranteed to pick up on a few more tidbits the more you stream it. You’re provided with ample background information on the Vagus nerve to have a good foundation, and It’s the kind of book you won’t listen to only once as you master the exercises. Great book!

Great guide for healing
