As me and my wife just changed our lifestyle to vegan we wanted proper plant-based eating and dieting content that can help us during our life-changing period. This book compares to others finally explains the inside and outside of this lifestyle so much easier. YES in two weeks we already feel the difference in our healthy energy and lost 5 kilos already. What an inspiring book, with loads of success stories of people who have overcome severe disease by switching to this way of eating.
Well-researched helpful information presented in an easy to read way.I am already eating a mostly plant-based diet but this has made me even more enthusiastic.

I have wanted to go Plant-based for a while now to help me feel better and for my digestion. Having heard so much about it and wanting to do it but not knowing where to start! This book has given me everything I need to know and what to do. With loads of info and practical tips. I’m making a difference and my body is responding and I have reduced my problems considerably. I bought this book because I Am vegetarian and was looking for new ways to eat a plant based diet. I was not disappointed. I learned a lot about plant based eating and how good if is for our bodies, health snd lifestyles. The author has included loads of information about the benefits of certain PB foods, nutritional values, how to prepare, how to add flavor and the many many choices available now. I am very excited about exploring more plant based options looking at food in a different way. Highly recommended book.
