So much psychology literature is focused on the cognitive part of therapy, when Clarissa’s books are so deeply about intuition, soul and love.

The narrator’s voice is really soothing and the fairy tales used as an archetypal guide make it fun!

The quote I took away from this “what is not felt cannot be healed.”

A lovely book for a woman

Always insightful to hear Ms Pinkola story tell and speak to the archetypes of our psyche’s making. I found this to be a great reminder of the long journey I’ve taken home to self.
