About this listen

Calin has a bright future as the top Alchemy student in the entire Academy, and the clans are lining up to woo him. But when tragedy hits his family, Calin must make a choice. Stay at the academy and continue his rise as a powerful cultivator or leave and risk everything to help his little sister. This book has a lot of potential, with a narrator that can be on Travis Baldree level but he can't seem to read with more umph in some scenes.
Not a heart beat increasing thing.
The story is well written but could go into detail on some of the simpler things.
It also seems like sentences start and end with full stops, barely any commas.

4.5/5 honestly. Worth a side read.
