A new essential tool that all leaders need to hone
Our leadership skills combine our innate skills and learned skills. The more we learn and practice the better we become. Our visual cortex takes up a very significant portion of our brain power. However the practice use of this part of our brain has been significantly underdeveloped from a leadership perspective. Todd's book on Visual Leadership book brings many visual techniques together and a philosophy that makes us conscious about how we are using this visual layer in our leadership toolbox.
