In der Grotte im Burggarten des Schweriner Schlosses wird eine junge Berlinerin überfallen und lebensgefährlich verletzt. Einen Tag später verschwindet Nora Graf, Hauptkommissarin bei der Schweriner Mordkommission, in ihrer Mittagspause spurlos. Ihr Auto steht verlassen auf dem Parkplatz des Schlosspark-Centers. Keiner ihrer Kollegen kann glauben, dass Nora einfach so abgetaucht ist. Wahrscheinlicher ist, dass sie entführt wurde und in irgendeinem Versteck festgehalten wird.
