I enjoyed this!!
This is such a cool audiobook that makes you laugh while helping you take back control. It does not tell you to quit social media; instead, it shows you how to use it without letting it take over your life.
This audiobook is super easy to read and full of funny examples about how apps work and why they seem to know everything about you. It gives you simple tips to spend less time scrolling, stop feeling like you are missing out, and even manage screen time with your family. Plus, it helps you set boundaries, so your phone does not run your day.

Digital Freedom: A Refreshing Take on Tech Balance
After doom-scrolling through social media at 3 AM for the fifth night, I knew I needed help. This audiobook, offering a humorous yet practical approach to digital wellness, came at the perfect time.
The narrator's witty delivery makes heavy topics digestible, tackling everything from algorithm manipulation to FOMO with a perfect blend of comedy and insight. What sets this guide apart is its realistic approach – there's no pressure to completely disconnect, just smart strategies for creating healthy boundaries with technology.
I particularly enjoyed the section on managing screen time without becoming a "digital hermit." The author understands that total disconnection isn't practical in today's world, instead offering workable solutions for maintaining an online presence while preserving mental health.
While some suggestions might seem obvious to tech-savvy listeners, the book's engaging style and practical tips make it worthwhile. Since listening, I've implemented the "tech-free zones" concept at home, and my sleep has improved dramatically.

Creating Balance
This was a fascinating audiobook as I am part of the last generation not to grow up with social media. The world has shifted at speed towards everybody living in both the online and offline worlds. It was scary to learn that the average person checks their phone at least 96 times daily. This guide had a chapter on how to use phone apps to assist your daily life, rather than take precious time out of your day. I enjoyed listening to it and I learned a lot as a result of well-researched information.
