What a series so far! I can't seem to free the hooks in my ears as I get reeled into the world of Cradle.
Travis does a splendid job of acting out the story.
Dross is one of my favourite characters so far
The bloopers at the end are also gold and a wonderful addition.
I hate the thought of this series ending. If only I could join this universe....

Nice advancement to the story, most protagonists are still as repulsive as ever, but at least we have a new face to cheer for who is genuinely kind even if a bit shallow...

Underlords, Highgolds, Truegolds oh my, damn, just bloody absolutely brilliant. This book, and all books in this series by Will Wight really are fantastic, it is one of those books that you stay up until 3am even though you have work the next day because you just cannot put it down. The fighting with the magic elements just blows your mind. From being totally Unsouled, Lindon has truly become a master in his own right and one of my favourite characters this year in fantasy.
All around the world, great clans and sects prepare their disciples to fight against one another in a competition of young Underlords. Even the Blackflame Empire is drawn in, Lindon, Yerin and Mercy step to in see where their training has brought them, can they survive against the top masters of their game and truly become the Underlord and lady's that Eithan has set them out to become. Read it to find out, you won't regret it. If this ever makes it on to the big screen, I'll be like shut up and take my money. Travis Baldree continues his excellent narration, I very highly recommend...😁💥

The story is getting more and more interesting and the characters really come to life in this one. The fun and cutesy interactions between the characters make them more relatable. Even the ones that I have found boring before become entertaining again. Besides some annoying but necessary characters I can't find any fault in this book. Looking forward to the next.

Ok. So that is definitely my favourite 3rd Act of any Cradle book so far. Holy smokes was I gripped and hooked. I am still shocked.

This series was great. The first couple of books, in my opinion, aren't as good as the rest. That's not to say they aren't worth it. They definitely are. Travis does a great job at narrating and Will is, in my opinion, a great writer and I'm looking forward to more from this author.
