Sophie still lives at home with her mum in Hull. They make a living doing car boot sales at the weekend. Except they don't really make a living because her mum can't bear to get rid of any of their junk. Plus, they don't have a car. As their house gets more cluttered, Sophie feels more trapped. She dreams of moving to London to meet her dad and to become a famous actress. Will this dream ever come true?

I came across this series by complete accident and I'm very pleased I did. The cast delivered the comedy moments with great timing, which made me laugh out loud. Well done Lucy Beaumont. Hopefully more to come in the future

Loved it!! it was very funny, and very easy to listen to whilst doing my daily commute. There were quite a few laugh out loud moments too. I would definitely reccomend this one, brilliant cast and storylines.

Great writing, very well performed. Lucy and Maureen are fantastic as are the rest of the cast. Lucy is a very clever and very funny writer. I enjoyed this so much. Will listen to it again shortly. Laugh out loud comedy.

brilliantly funny, and very well writtren. the comedy timing is epic. the story just flows. it's so nice to hear northern voices for a change. I just wish this was either televised or on iPlayer.

A gentle well written and acted series throughout.

Each and every character has a laugh in them, gelling together all through the three episodes.
There’s a singing gorilla, with a banana of course. Elvis witnesses a miracle.
In my opinion, superb, I commented this to the house.
