I really liked the book. To the point and compact enough with great tips and well done reading.

Thanks to the author

as an experienced technical designer working in AAA this was a good refresher, and quite entertaining to listen to as I've witnessed the things he describes. the only thing I don't understand is why the author uses she only to refer to all game designers instead of she/he or he/she. I don't think game designer is a predominantly female role, in my experience, it's always been a split. unless the intent is to encourage more females to get into game design? either way, "game designer" is perhaps better than a pronoun

good core design loop
