About this listen
Agatha's former husband James is engaged to be married to a beautiful, young woman and Agatha has been kindly invited to the wedding. To take her mind off this, Agatha decides she has fallen for Sylvan, a Frenchman she met at James' engagement party. To distract her still further she decides upon a holiday and flies to Istanbul, where unfortunately she bumps into James and his fiancée not once but twice - convincing him she is stalking them.
So when the bride is murdered on her wedding day, naturally Agatha is Suspect Number One - but then matters are turned on their head when the dead bride's mother engages Agatha to take on the case of her murdered daughter! And very soon Agatha's own life is in danger while she tries to solve the mystery of the corpse bride while fighting off (halfheartedly) the advances of a very attractive and determined Frenchman!

silly, wonderful who dunnit!!
like the other Agatha Raison books this is a solid, daft who dunnit with the glorious menopausal Agatha creating her usual chaos - well worth a listen. Beautifully read by Penelope Keith.

Delightful
Another thoroughly enjoyable romp through the life of Agatha Raisin. Penelope Keith is the perfect narrator, nobody else who could do it better.

Fabulous story Kept me hooked!
I really enjoyed the book, I watch the Tv episode of this one and wondered if it was worth listening to as I knew what happened.
Turns out the episode loosely used the books story, but there was so much more to the book.
A fabulous read!!

Entertaining
Agatha once again heading into what is becoming a regulator patten. Extremely headstrong as usual, appears to have lost her way. I hope her confidence returns soon and regains her crime busting capabilities, even if she blunders into it by mistake. Good story as always, very funny in parts but her need for love is clouding her judgement. Love these books but they now need to move up a gear and get out of the same circle she has been in. I recommend this book book as always. Great narration as always by Penelope Keith
