Feeling Good Inside and Out!..

You can't help feeling better just by listening to this book. This is very well presented in an easy listening style. The guid takes you through all aspects of wellness, including keeping yourself mentally well. This is very apparent for life under Covid. I feel a lot better for listening to this very good, helpful and sound advice.

A Spirit Uplifter and A Mindset Mender

I actually feel happier and have an improved mindset after listening to this book. I loved the examples and exercises to get back on the right track. The author makes it so easy to follow. Made a huge impact on my recovery!

After a really rough patch in my life I leaned on as many online resources as I could - YouTube videos, audiobooks, podcasts, you name it. This audiobook was definitely the most impactful. It's over three hours of guidance on balancing positive thoughts and alleviating stress that actually works!

I listened to this book over about a week, listening to bits at a time and trying to practice each of the techniques and it was all super applicable and actionable. I started seeing results even after the first day. Even after I finished the book I found myself going back to review some of the methods and tricks that were covered. It felt like a huge sigh of relief and I'm so happy I got this book.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I absolutely had to come back here to share my experience to hopefully help someone else in need. 100% get this book - you won't regret it!

Mindset shift towards positivity

This audiobook is a warm and compassionate reminder that we do have the power to change things. It's a great listen for whenever you feel lost or unfulfilled (for me, quite often). I especially love the self-evaluation tests, and the steps to overcome stress and doubt. It made me realize it's actually natural to feel unhappy sometimes, and that it is ok. Super positive and encouraging vibes. It is possible to change and feel better!

Very inspiring audiobook

This book impressed me a lot and I can conclude that this is a must read for everyone who lacks fulfillment or don’t feel like you're living your best life.
I have read a lot of books on self-discovery and this one really stand out. I loved these self-evaluation tests, mindfulness practices and other tools which I think are crucial in self discovering journey.

A great way to start your day.

If you wake up and play this while you go about your morning activities, the rest of your day will be shown to you in a brighter light. The power of the mind is a very powerful thing and the author has illustrated that perfectly. My favorite chapter had to be the one devoted to the power of gratitude. It can be challenging to implement the advice given in this chapter but the mental benefits you will receive are amazing once you get comfortable with it.
