I was truly riveted listening to the authenticity of this guy. Dishes I hadn’t considered making: I am now sold on, because his passion/enthusiasm for the cooking experience was infectious. The vigour and originality of this as an audio made the idea of a full belly on winter nights feel exciting, no dread for the burden of ‘what to make for the family’ there really is something for everyone in here. Ingredients can be tweaked to suit alternative diets without changing the whole recipe, I’m here for that. Well done and bring more spice to audible!
