My New Go-To for Peaceful, Restful Nights

This hypnosis series has been incredibly helpful for my sleep. Each session is calming and helps me unwind both mentally and physically, which makes falling asleep so much easier. This series is amazing!

Not only do you get one amazing book, you get three! This has helped me so much! I have had insomnia for years and have been trying this for three nights now, and it has been amazing. I began listening to it during the day to check it out and had to stop because it was so relaxing. The author did a fantastic job with these books! The strategies, the narrator is great, all the music. Just perfect! I highly suggest it and will be getting it for my dad, who also suffers from insomnia!

Amazing book and narration

The narration perfectly suits this book. I mean his voice itself is so deep and drowsy inducing, it was very fitting.There is the science behind it. I mean who needs ASMR? this one is full of it. To be honest, i felt really relax. Did i understand everything he said, probably not, Cause i feel asleep, which i suppose is what we want. Great audiobook.

very sleepy and crazy dreams

The best deep sleep I've heard and I love it! You go into a deep sleep and have all these wonderful vivid dreams and wake up feeling recharged. Great narration for the hypnosis and feel a lot better for having this as my nightly ritual!
