Kelly Bishop is so much more than “just” the Third Gilmore Girl (although I adore her for this part) and it is a pure joy to discover the rest of her fascinating story through her own words and voice.
Infinitely worth listening to (or reading!) and special love for the wisdom of the last chapter that I will always try to keep in mind and pass on.

I loved every single minute of this beautiful journey I feel so privileged to have had the joy of listening to it and loved it even more because my favourite Gilmore girl read it. What a life Kelly has lived and such a wealth of wisdom she has gathered along the way which the listeners are lucky enough to be gifted throughout this book. Important lessons about life from the perspective of loved experience something I will always be grateful for. When things feel like they are falling apart maybe they are falling into place 🧡

Every word of the author catapults you to the decade that is described. You see the city of NY in an era that was pure excitement, you walk the dogs with her in the mornings and evenings across the streets, you see the outfits on stage, the relationships, the friendships, the subway runs to get to places and auditions. You enjoy the boldness and truth that is this powerful woman who just followed her passion and was true to her self through it all. I have always been a huge fan of Emily Gilmore and I am very thankful for Kelly Bishop who brought that character to life for now sharing Kelly’s unbelievably colourful story. TRULY INSPIRING and it has been an honour to listen…THANK YOU KELLY
