Dreadful Scottish accent - from a Scot disappointing to hear considering the main character of the story

A nice, easy storyline. Some rushed parts and some terrible, terrible accents, but once you get past that, it’s a fun little listen.

I wish someone had done their research. For a good audio bookto be a success, everything has to be right, the story & the narrators. sadly the narration wasn't good. The story could have been perfect but the narration wasn't. It isn't the narrators fault, they were just doing their job. Neither the female could do a Scottish accent or the Scottish narrator could do American.
I listened to the end but sadly I wasn't happy.
Normally i enjoy what I listen to so I'm sorry to leave a disappointing review.

Hope this will continue somewhere. The only annoyance was Scottish accent being mixed up a but with Irish. I only noticed as I’m a Brit.

The story was ok for a quick listen but the reading - accent, tone everything wasn’t great at all!

A happy and kind of predictable story but still a nice 3 hour listen. The only negative were the characters voices - I have never heard such bad accents, they could not decide whether they were Scottish or American, it was VERY annoying.
