Considering that the book was written in 1910, and that some of the examples the author uses to convey his precepts are irrelevant, one feels that what he claims could actually work even in our age. I've read it at least four times and I'm definitely converted. I'm not rich yet, but when I am, I will let you know.

interesting sudio book i have listned to a few times now, the theme is very similar to the cosmic ordering principles, and fosters a positive mindset. waiting to see if it works.

The Author presents a straightforward solution. It's practical and I'm in no doubt of the merits of the proposals - it works!!
I had it on constant replay and revisit it for time to time as a reminder or to renew my focus but the book presents a can do solution in plain English.
I'm definitely a fan.
