My only sadness about this is that I have finished it. Tamora Pierce consistently writes stories that I enjoy, and I hope for more stories in this world. The narrator sounded just right for the role.

so overall I've really enjoyed this set of books but I really struggle with the underlying sexual tension between daine and her mage mentor naimire. he's 30 she's 16 couldn't she fall for a guy closer to her own age. between power dynamics, influence and he raised her from 12. it's all kinds of awkward.

good but the voice speaking doesn't sound like a 16yr old.

Sarah's performance is brilliant.
