I picked this version based on the narrator. I didn't want some dramatised version, this isn't Eastenders or some other TV soap and I think the voice and tone of the narrator really complimented the story further in the time period its written in as well as the time the story its set in and its history.

Always wanted to read/listen a H.P Lovecraft story and this was a nice starter. I enjoy the style of the story and the build up was just right not too drawn out. The ending was a bit underwhelming. Other than that I did enjoy!
