Another great way to procrastinate, read this book!
The narration is so dull, the first chapter is good after that it goes down hill rapidly.

Dull and monotonous

The content seemed quite good, but I couldn't stick with it due to the monotone and slow nature the narrator was speaking in. I'm someone that is a little picky about narration so the same might not be a problem for someone else

It's probably better on print

It explains every reason for procrastination and then gives helpful advice on how to address and prevent them. I would suggest this audio book to anyone.
