This book provides me the tools and strategies to really change my life - no kidding. And the result of that will change other people's lives too. I have the power and confidence to do this. This wonderful book gives me the information and the relief that I needed a long time ago - and I'm betting that other people are nodding their heads with me because I know other People Pleasers, usually women. I think I can now turn my people-pleasing energy into self-realization power.
The scavenger hunts were a lot of fun and the self-assessments were soooo eye-opening. Obviously, you have to do a lot of this at home because I was listening while driving. The writing style is so friendly I felt like I had a personal coach.
