Maria Ian brings so many imperative factors to light here, the most prominent of which being that the body will always pick survival over reproduction. This included many, many lifestyle factors including stress, proper sleep, proper diet, and so much more, to be focused on and optimized as much as possible. It was so interesting to see the dance between the adrenal glands, estrogen, and homeostatic functions needed for hormonal balance. I took a lot away from this.
