Little things add up!

power bundle

both books were solid but I have a soft spot for mini habits, big change. people always talk about making big steps, take changes and you'll succeed but though I thought it could work for me every time, it never did. Mini habits, big change was a game-changer for me. it changed the way I think and do things and was much more relatable than anything else I've ever read or in this case, listened to.

Life changing

With this book, you learn from the works of Thoreau and Khalil Gibran to James Allen and Sun Tzu. It's exactly like having the timeless wisdom these people discovered and taught distilled into bite-sized life changing titbits. I really loved this book. Absorbing book, I liked how the author called upon great philosophical influences but also brought in the humble aspects of moving the body and eating right also contributing to self mastery.
