Really fantastic beginner's guide to meditation - how to incorporate it into your life in an easy way and all the benefits it brings. It has changed my perspective on why I should meditate every day - and more fundamentally, it has enabled me to understand what mindfulness/headspace really is and how to live my life so much more peacefully and aware - how to remove much of the noise and distraction in my life and mind.
