I really appreciate the explanation of all the common mistakes people (as myself!) often make and how to avoid them.

I can confidently say that this audiobook is a real complete guide to fitness.
I like how it has been developed and the topics involved.
Two of my fav chapters are the ones about the routine (in which I really found big benefits), and evaluation of weaknesses with the pros ad cons of different workouts.
It contains lots of useful tips that I think can benefit everybody!
