John clearly explains why and how being grateful for all that life presents you brings balance to all areas of your life. If your feeling down it is probably because you are lacking gratitude for the support and challenge you are dealt with in life. I've listened to this again when feeling down (ungrateful) and it improves my perspective enormously.
So highly recommended.

This has been the best book I ever read and I read quite some good ones. The most inspiring and easy to apply in your day to day life. It changed my perspective of life. I am so grateful for this book and the opportunity to review it. I bought this book a couple of years but For reasons I cannot explain I never read it up until now.

This is a fascinating listen. Lots of stories and practical examples of how living in Love and Gratitude can change your perspective on life and take you to a place of wonder and fulfillment! This book has taken me back to basics and brought a real sense of balance back into my life, thank you!
