I have really enjoyed all of Katherine Webb’s previous books and this one didn’t disappoint.

I have loved all of Katherine Webb’s books, however I don’t feel that this was her best. The main character got on my nerves and it dragged on for so long that by the end I had already figured out the twist and couldn’t find any satisfaction in it.....overall something missing.

I've read and loved all of Katherine Webb's books. this one is definitely my leady favourite. the characters were fine, but no one really held my attention. I found the story a little dragged out and the plot was not as exciting as I expected from the book's blurb.

I gave this 3 stars instead of 2 because of the heart wrenching "what if", that all Webb books are characterised by.

Excellent narration. I think I would have like this story a lot less if I had have read it, rather than listened to it.

I started reading on my kindle but transferred to audible when I could not read enough as I wanted to. Anna Bentninck is so easy to listen to and brought Katherine’s book to life.
The story is captivating. Frances is a lovable character with believable and understandable flaws. She is every person, neither superhuman nor perfect, she is just quietly flawed and presents a good ground for the tougher characters in the book. Well done Katherine Webb
