About this listen
Transform your great ideas into lasting impact.
Your success hinges on your ability to breathe life into your great ideas and capture the hearts and minds of the people who hear them. But too many promising ideas take too long to get off the ground or just die a lonely death because they get swallowed up in the hustle and bustle of today’s busy and noisy world. What’s missing is the communication strength and structure to help those ideas develop, grow, adapt and thrive.
The DNA of Engagement® is the solution.
Created by leadership communication experts David Pullan and Sarah Jane McKechnie from The Story Spotters, this practical guide combines the science and art of story to help you influence the change you need to see. It’s a proven framework that makes ideas sustainable, adaptable, and unforgettable.
What you’ll gain from The DNA of Engagement®:

Lights, camera, action…
This is an essential listen (and read) for anyone wanting to persuade/influence (which is basically everyone)! David and Sarah Jane are an absolute delight to listen to – clear, concise and so engaging. When they talk – it’s difficult not to listen. As far as audiobooks go I would say that this was one of the easiest listens. From a content perspective, this is an excellent book to listen to, re-listen to, read and re-read because it contains such a wealth of knowledge and tools to use across various different scenarios. As an Executive Coach, I even found myself thinking how incredibly useful many of the techniques will be to use within my coaching practice. This is more than just a book….its a toolkit (or a box of props if we want to stick to the theatre theme) and the rehearsal notes that come with it really help to consolidate your knowledge……………….
‘Cue the round of applause’
