Tasty sounding food
One of the major difficulties in starting any low carbohydrate diet is, initially, the desire for breads, rice or pasta and those little breach nibbles. This book addresses the problem with a number of ideas to substitute and, hopefully satisfy.
The book is divided into five sections, Breakfast (2), lunch (3), dinner (4), sides and snacks (5) and desserts (6). There are no subdivisions within the chapters, so each recipe must be found by jumping forward through the section, which is slightly irritating. However, the narrator reads each recipe clearly, first giving the title and list of ingredjents, then the instructions. All sound simple to do, if a little fiddly at times.

Hard to give a rating without yet having tried any of the results but this short book does offer some interesting ideas. It would have been better to list each recipe in its own easily accessible chapter, however
