good story, characters & performance

Didn't finish this. Frankly the comments about the protagonists weight were painful and the writing was not the best. Not even enough spicy scenes to compensate.

a standard size of a women is size 16 these days, I do not think it right to call that fat or bigger sizes. I definitely think the written much better way to describe the main character that fat...
the spicy scenes of this book I did Tell been written by a male as most women wouldn't describe certain things like that...
I'm hoping that the story does get better if there a second book but person I wouldn't be listening to it.

over all this was a fun easy read/listen and I looked forward to listening to it BUT

there are2 things which frustrate me, (spoiler)

1) as a woman who is determined not to be attracted to or dance with a guy.... why when he takes her to unknown venue which turns out to be a kinky dominant sex place, does she say.. yeah OK thanks fine??? it doesn't fit the story.

2) the voice of her friend Marigold.. why does she have the voice of an 85 year old woman?
