Started off so sad - but had really good characters, story and the narration was fab

Tease and Laynie were a great grumpy/sunshine couple, and the plot kept me interested. Their story tugged at my heart strings in a way I wasn't expecting!

Unfortunately the female narrator really doesn't do it for me. Of course Joe Arden is a firm favourite. The story is good but the dragging of words from the female narrator ruins it for me a bit

The female narrator has an awful grating voice which is a shame. I put audible down and read the rest of this book on kindle.

She has one of those nasally every sentence is a question accent. It’s awful.

Should of got the same narrator as the first book.

The story is great though and Tease is an awesome character.

Both narrators were great and brought the story to life.

Tease has a tough childhood and the story starts with his past. Laynie is strong and independent, she's just what Tease needs. They both complement each other. True soul mates ❤️

Very good 2nd book in the series. Tease is such a tortured soul and was great to read a story with someone in it that has a disability but is still a total badass! Really enjoyed it

The first book in the series was definitely better than this one. The MC background story took a long time to get started but the main character stories were OK. The female narrator completely ruined anything I could feel for the character, her voice made me not want to finish this book more than once.

the story line was good, however the female narrator was kind of irritating!! Sounded like a weird mix of stilted, sing-song which really detracted from the story line and the book over all. Sorry!
