Good advice no matter what style you reach!

I enjoyed this book. But was not sure on the story at the end! Test the advice was sound and very helpful.

Some good general information but disappointed

This is quite focussed on Taekwando.
But some useful points for other martial arts but was disappointed.

The story at the end was very bizarre and a waste of time.
